Narrabeen Extension and Renovation Project

This project was all about synergy. GMC built a second-storey extension and renovated the home with great care to ensure the outside and inside are extensions of each other.

GMC Constructions achieved this by using consistent materials, repetition of features, and a simple colour palette to bring the two spaces together.

Features include:

• Soft blue-grey cladding and crisp white trims
• The rich, warm-toned timber porch drifts into the beautifully restored hardwood floors inside
• A striking timber vertical banister for stairs that seem to float
• A feature wall in the pool cabana that is subtly lit to give a beautiful nighttime ambience
• Sky-high raked ceilings
• The glass backsplash and the large glass doors
• The servery window acts as a casual dining space.
• Tiles that provide pops of sea glass green and striking aqua accents
